i get Dc evry 7-10 mins and it say RF online been stop responding or something like that why i am getting this crap??

Because you didn't follow the FAQs available and neither did you follow the other guides...

its ether the internet or its ether a wrong installation of the client and patch. you must use the 2.2.3 from rf tactical and also the patch from rf tactical also.
